§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 50.01 through 50.05, except § 50.03, shall be served by the village with written notice in the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, with the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. The village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a suit of any violation of any provision of §§ 50.01 through 50.05, except § 50.03.
      (2)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (B)(1) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $200 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (3)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.05, except § 50.03, shall become liable to the village by reason of such violation.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of § 50.23 shall be fined not less than $75 dollars nor more than $750 dollars for each offense.
