§ 152.081 PERMITTED USES.
   The following are permitted uses:
   (A)   Any of the uses permitted in the R-1 and R-2 Residential Districts;
   (B)   Any retail store or any retail business, including bakeries, banks, or financial institutions; personal service businesses, such as barber shops, beauty parlors, custom dressmaking, ordinary tailoring, or shoe repair; dry cleaning and pressing establishments; laundries and laundromats; loan offices; business and professional offices, including medical clinics, restaurants, tea rooms, or cafes; savings and loan associations; telephone and telegraph offices; travel bureau and transportation ticket offices; and any other similar type retail store not specifically listed herein;
   (C)   Banks and financial institutions;
   (D)   Bowling alleys, billiard and pool rooms, dancehalls, gymnasiums and meeting halls, lodge halls, fraternal organizations, and clubs;
   (E)   Currency exchanges, and savings and loan associations;
   (F)   Automobile service stations;
   (G)   Taverns;
   (H)   Agricultural implement sales and service;
   (I)   Automobile and truck minor motor repair and service shops;
   (J)   Blueprinting, photostating, printing, publishing and issuing of newspapers, periodicals, books, stationery, and other reading matter;
   (K)   Bookbinding;
   (L)   Plumbing and heating, and supply shops;
   (M)   Any manufacturing or business enterprise, except junkyards and automobile wrecking yards, and except the heavy manufacturing located outside of building structures for metal stamping, metal foundries and casting, and heavy manufacturing and repair and uses which produce a noise level at the boundary line of the lot on which the use is being conducted of 80 decibels or above; and
   (N)   Other permitted uses shall include the following and other similar purposes:
      (1)   Advertising signs;
      (2)   Amusement places;
      (3)   Automobile service stations;
      (4)   Bakeries;
      (5)   Billboards;
      (6)   Bus and truck stations;
      (7)   Community and veterans buildings;
      (8)   Filling stations;
      (9)   Food lockers;
      (10)   Public garages;
      (11)   Hotels;
      (12)   Hospitals or nursing homes;
      (13)   Package liquor stores;
      (14)   Public utility substations, booster stations, and the like, but not including paver generation or gas manufacturing plants;
      (15)   Retail business;
      (16)   Roller skating rinks;
      (17)   Rooming or boarding houses;
      (18)   Sales or show rooms;
      (19)   Shoe repair shops; and
      (20)   Television or radio repair shops.
