§ 130.01 STORAGE OF GASOLINE TANKS ABOVEGROUND.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to store gasoline above ground within the village limits, or to dispense it into automobiles or trucks.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to permit above-ground gasoline storage tanks to remain within the village limits.
   (C)   Bulk storage approved by the State Fire Marshal shall be exempt from this section.
