§ 113.05 VILLAGE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Food trucks/trailers are allowed only in areas designated by the Village Board.
   (B)   All County Health Department required certificates/licenses (certified food manger car, the seller’s permit, the food handler’s permit, proof of food establishment kitchen, and the like) must be current and in order. Copies of current driver’s license and vehicle registrations, state tax number, employee ID number, fire safety certificate, and proof of liability insurance must also be attached to the application (copies to be attached to application). The food truck/trailer must display all certificates and permits, including the village permit, and shall be visible to the public.
   (C)   Hours for selling shall be 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. only. No selling on a Sunday, or any state or national holidays, is permitted unless for a special community event and must be approved by the Village Board. An area will be designated where they can set up.
   (D)   All areas must be left clean and free of litter upon departure of the mobile food truck/trailer.
