For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
MOBILE FOOD TRUCK/TRAILER. A self-contained food service operation, located in a readily moveable motorized wheeled or towed vehicle (trailer) used to store, prepare, display, or serve food intended for individual portion service. This definition also pertains to PORTABLE COOKERS.
