(A) This chapter prohibits peddling or solicitation at any residence displaying a “No Solicitor or Peddler Invited” sign or similar notice. The peddler/solicitor must leave a residence as soon as they are asked to leave without question.
(B) The village prohibits soliciting/peddling prior to 9:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m. on any weekdays (Saturday hours 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.). No soliciting or peddling on Sunday or any state or national holidays is permitted.
