§ 110.080 EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   (A)   All licensees shall show evidence, satisfactory to the Liquor Control Commissioner, of the issuance of a policy of liquor liability insurance (dram shop) and insurance against liability for any injury or death on account of acts of negligence, omission, or violating the Liquor Control Act, being 235 ILCS 5. The policy shall carry a minimum of $1,000,000 per person and $1,000,000 per occurrence for injury or death; and $100,000 for loss of means of support.
   (B)   Each licensee shall furnish the Liquor Control Commissioner a certificate of such insurance and each such certificate of insurance shall state on its face that the certificate is not cancelable, except upon a minimum of 21 days’ notice sent to the Liquor Control Commissioner by certified mail, return receipt requested.
