(A) Every owner of a dog four months of age or more shall cause such dog to be registered and shall pay an annual fee for such dog. The registration fee shall be $7 for one year or $15 for three years for each dog.
(B) Each registered dog will be issued a registration certificate. Registration fees for official police K-9 dogs are waived.
