§ 91.005 ANIMAL CONTROL WARDENS.

(A) The Administrator shall appoint, with the approval of the Board, animal control wardens to assist in carrying out and enforcing the provisions of this chapter.

(B) The Administrator and the animal control wardens shall have the authority to enter upon private property at reasonable times and in a reasonable manner for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter.
