(A) Regular meetings. The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees shall be held on the third Tuesday of each and every month, at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall.
(B) Special meetings. Special meetings of the Board of Trustees may be called by the President or any three Trustees, whenever deemed necessary. To call such a meeting, the President, or three Trustees, as the case may be, shall file in the Village Clerk’s office a statement in writing setting forth the object and purpose of such special meeting and directing the Village Clerk to give notice of the same. Upon the filing of such statement, the Village Clerk shall cause a notice of such meeting to be served personally on each member of the Board of Trustees. In lieu of personal service, the notice may be left at the member’s usual place of business. The notice shall set forth the object and purpose of the meeting and the time of holding the same. No business other than that mentioned in the call shall be transacted at a special meeting.
(C) Open meetings. All meetings of the Village Board of Trustees shall be open to the public unless otherwise excepted by law.
