(A) The yield signs facing east and west along the east and west bound traffic lanes of Edwards Street at the intersection of Edwards Street and Jefferson Street shall be replaced with stop signs so the east and west bound traffic along Edwards Street must come to a complete stop at this intersection to enhance the safety of the persons and vehicles traveling upon these streets.
(B) The yield signs facing east and west along the east and west bound traffic lanes of Edwards Street at the intersection of Edwards Street and Jackson Street shall be replaced with stop signs so the east and west bound traffic along Edwards Street must come to a complete stop at this intersection to enhance the safety of the persons and vehicles traveling upon these streets.
(C) The yield signs facing east and west along the east and west bound traffic lanes of Edwards Street at the intersection of Edwards Street and Harrison Street shall be replaced with stop signs so the east and west bound traffic along Edwards Street must come to a complete stop at this intersection to enhance the safety of the persons and vehicles traveling upon these streets.
