§ 71.17 RESTRICTIONS ON CROSSING HIGHWAYS.

A golf cart shall only be permitted to cross a state highway at an intersection controlled by a traffic light, or a four-way stop sign, and where the state highway has a speed limit of 25 mph or less at the place of crossing. Otherwise, golf carts shall not be permitted to cross any state highway.
