§ 91.25 AUTHORITY TO DESTROY DANGEROUS ANIMALS.
   Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, Police Department personnel are authorized to immediately destroy any dangerous animal which cannot be safely captured or kept in custody by usual and available means, or which is observed to be attacking a person or livestock.
