(A) The various and numerous provisions of the Comprehensive Plan, and all codes and other applicable ordinances of the city included thereunder, shall be administered by the appropriate board or commission of the city, and their designated representative. The Director of Development or his designee shall also have certain responsibilities in administering these codes. In addition to administrative duties, it shall also be the responsibility of the boards, commissions, and the Director of Development or his designee to enforce the provisions of these codes.
(B) The municipal boards and commissions and their appointed representatives shall administer these codes, with their respective duties as hereinafter set forth.
