(A) Cleanliness. Every occupant of a building or part thereof shall keep that part of the building or premises thereof which he occupies, controls or uses in a clean and sanitary condition.
(B) Disposal of rubbish. Every occupant of a building or part thereof shall dispose of rubbish in a clean and sanitary manner as required by city ordinances.
(C) Disposal of garbage. Every occupant of a building or part thereof shall dispose of garbage in a clean and sanitary manner as required by applicable laws or Fishers ordinances.
