§ 159.15 OTHER POLICE POWERS AS PRESCRIBED BY INDIANA STATUTE.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or otherwise diminish any other power provided to the city pursuant to IC 36-7-9 et seq., and Fishers specifically states that this chapter adopts by reference all sections of IC 36-7-9 et seq. not specifically stated herein.
