§ 159.11 PERFORMANCE OF ORDER.
   If the person to whom an order is issued fails to comply with the order, the enforcement authority may cause the ordered work to be performed and all persons or entities who held a fee interest, life estate interest, or equitable interest of a contract purchaser in the unsafe premises will be held joint and severally liable for the cost of performing the ordered work and all related administrative and legal costs, including attorneys’ fees.
