§ 159.04 UNSAFE BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND PREMISES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or organization to own, occupy or maintain within the municipal limits of the city any unsafe building, unsafe structure or unsafe premises.
