§ 159.02 APPOINTMENT OF THE ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   Consistent with IC 36-7-9-3, the Council hereby appoints the Fishers Building Commissioner as the enforcement authority responsible for administering the unsafe structures ordinance.
