§ 156.14 FILING FEE PENALTY.

Any person or persons, firm, or corporation or governmental unit who shall initiate construction prior to obtaining an improvement location permit, building permit or certificate of occupancy shall pay twice the amount of the filing fee set forth in this chapter.
