(A) All building and fire safety rules of the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission as set out in Title 675 of the Indiana Administrative Code applicable to the City of Fishers are hereby incorporated in this chapter and shall include later amendments to that code as the same are published in the Indiana Register or the Indiana Administrative Code with the effective dates affixed to them.
(B) Copies of adopted building rules, codes and standards are on file in the office of the Mayor or his or her designee.
