§ 130.02 USE OF WATER PROJECTION DEVICES AIMED AT PERSONS OR PROPERTY WITHIN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY DURING PUBLIC EVENTS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally aim and discharge a water projection device onto a public right-of-way within the city at a person, vehicle, or other personal property without the consent of such persons during a public event. A “public event” for purposes of this section may include any lawful gathering within a public right-of-way for a parade, festival or other such activity.
   (B)   Each and every violation of this section shall be and infraction punishable by a fine of $250 per offense. All sworn police officers of the city are hereby authorized to issue Uniform Ordinance Violation tickets for each and every offense. The sworn officers are also authorized to confiscate any such device which they observe being used in violation of this section.
