§ 113.32 RECORD OF CALLS.

All taxicab drivers shall keep and file with the owner a daily record of all calls made, passengers transported, and the times and places of pick-up and delivery. Such record shall be kept by the owner for a period of two years, and shall be open to inspection by any police officer upon request.
