No vehicle shall be licensed as a taxicab unless all information pertaining to the vehicle required by § 11 3.15 of this chapter is on file with the Controller. If at any time the information provided in accordance with § 113.15 changes, the holder of the taxicab license shall submit the revised information to the Controller's Office in writing within 30 days.
