Pursuant to IC 36-4-5-5, the Mayor shall have the power to hear complaints against any holder of a taxicab's license. Complaints shall be in writing and filed with the Controller, who shall forward the same to the Mayor for action. Proceedings under this section shall thereafter be conducted in accordance with IC 36-4-5-5.
