§ 111.31 ENFORCEMENT OF VIOLATIONS.
   If an alarm user has more than three false alarms within a one year period, the alarm user shall be in violation of this section, and the Chief of Police, or his designee, shall issue a written notice of violation subject to the penalties set forth in § 111.99.
