§ 111.30 NUMBER OF FALSE ALARMS PERMITTED DURING CALENDAR YEAR.

It shall be unlawful for an alarm user to issue, cause to be issued or permit the issuance of more than three false alarms in a one year period. Provided, however, this section shall not apply to an alarm system which emits a false alarm within 30 days after installation of the alarm system.
