§ 110.12 NUISANCE; DISORDERLY OR OFFENSIVE USE OR OPERATION.

No person holding a license under this chapter shall permit the coin-operated amusement device to be operated to constitute a nuisance or to disturb the peace and quiet of other persons in the vicinity of the premises where they are operated.
