(A) If after issuance of license the City Council shall become aware of facts and circumstances which would have made the licensee ineligible for the issuance of the original license, the license may be revoked.
(B) Every license issued under this chapter is subject to the general powers of revocation should the licensee, directly or indirectly, violate this code or state law.
