A public hearing may be requested by applicant/licensee on the disapproval of an application or the revocation of a license. Upon receipt of such request for hearing, the City Council shall set a time and date for hearing and give notice thereof by certified mail to the appealing party posted not less than ten days prior to the date set for hearing.
