§ 110.03 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to display or keep for operation any coin- operated amusement device as defined in this section, without first obtaining an amusement license from the city, as herein provided. Licensees shall be at least 18 years of age and shall be citizens of the United States.
   (B)   No supplier shall place, keep, install, maintain, operate, service, lease or distribute any electronic games or amusement devices in any building or place within the city for use by the public without first having obtained a license.
   (C)   Every applicant, before being granted a license, shall pay the following annual license fee for the privilege of operating or maintaining for operation each coin-operated amusement device as defined in this chapter:
      (1)   Coin-operated pool tables, $60;
      (2)   Electronic games/amusement machines, $60;
      (3)   All other coin-operated amusement devices (such as pinball machines), $60;
   (D)   Supplier's license fee to place, keep, install, maintain, operate, service, lease, distribute any electronic games or amusement devices shall be $400 the first year or part thereof, and $200 annually thereafter payable on or before January 1 of each calendar year. Supplier's license fee shall be in addition to other fees herein prescribed.
