§ 95.31 INTERFERENCE WITH THE TREE BOARD.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Tree Board or its designee to enforce these regulations.
   (B)   No person shall hinder, prevent, or interfere with agents or representatives of the Tree Board while such persons are carrying out the provisions of this subchapter.
