§ 95.25 EMERGENCY REMOVAL.
In the event a property owner has failed to perform his or her duty to cut and remove weeds and rank vegetation as provided herein and such weeds and rank vegetation obstructs, either in whole or in part, the normal and usual view of any street or vehicular traffic thereon, from an intersecting street, alley or drive, such weeds, grass or other rank or useless vegetation may be declared to be a public nuisance by the City Council and may be cut and removed by the city immediately and without the necessity of the five day written notice.
