The city shall cause any tree that obstructs the view of traffic control devices or traffic on a street within the city, wherever located, to be trimmed or removed as soon as possible. The city, its representatives, agents or contractors shall be immediately permitted onto a property owner’s property to trim or remove such a tree, and the city is not required to provide notice as described in § 95.14 above.
