§ 95.11 RESPONSIBILITY OF PROPERTY OWNERS.
   Property owners are ultimately responsible for the trimming, pruning and removal of trees that extend onto a public right-of-way, sidewalk or public property and unsafe trees that may fall into or encroach upon a public right-of-way, sidewalk or public property.
