Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined in an amount of $100 for the first offense; $200 for the second offense; and, $500 for the third offense and the contractor’s license may be revoked, and reinstatement of said license shall require the approval of the City Council. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
