§ 50.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CONTRACTOR. Any person, firm, partnership or corporation engaged in the business of collecting refuse, garbage or trash from residential or commercial property on a regular basis with a set schedule and route.
