§ 34.03 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES.

Whenever city funds are utilized to cause the repair or replacement of damaged property and thereafter insurance proceeds are received by the city, such insurance proceeds shall be deposited in the funds from which the original monies were expended for the purpose of restoring such fund.
