§ 32.95 ADDITIONAL EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS.

   Pursuant to IC 36-4-9 et seq., the City Council hereby creates, upon recommendation by the Mayor, the following executive departments:

   (A)   Department of finance;

   (B)   Department of Law;

   (C)   Department of Public Works;

   (D)   Department of Human Resources;

   (E)   Department of Parks and Recreation;

   (F)   Department of Community Development;

   (G)   Fleet Department;

   (H)   Department of Engineering; and

   (I)   Department of Information Technology.
