§ 32.77 PURPOSE.
   (A)   The purpose of the Hoosier Heritage Port Authority shall be to protect and preserve the existence of the real estate described as a single parcel of real estate in perpetuity for such uses as may benefit the citizens of Noblesville, Fishers and Hamilton County including, but not necessarily limited to, recreational, transportation and tourism purposes.
   (B)   In order to implement the full participation of Hamilton County in the Authority and the ownership of the right-of-way, the City of Noblesville and the City of Fishers conveyed an undivided one-sixth interest in the real estate to Hamilton County by quit-claim deed, resulting in each unit owning an undivided one-third interest in the real estate.
