(A) Consistent with IC 36-7-4-906, members of Fishers Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals shall initially serve for the following terms that expire on first day of January of the first, second, third and fourth year, respectively, following their appointments:
(1) One for a term of one year;
(2) One for a term of two years;
(3) One for a term of three years;
(4) Three for a term of four years which shall include the member appointed under the joinder agreement.
(B) Thereafter, as terms expire, each new appointment shall be for a term of four years. Members of the Fishers Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals may be removed for cause.
