Pursuant to IC 36-7-4-207(b), the membership of the Commission shall be composed of 11 members as follows:
(A) The City Council shall appoint three persons, who must be elected or appointed municipal officials or employees in the municipal government;
(B) The Mayor shall appoint four citizen members, of whom no more than two may be of the same political party;
(C) Pursuant to the terms of certain joinder agreements with Delaware Township, the Delaware Township Trustee shall appoint two individuals to serve on the Plan Commission; and
(D) Pursuant to the city's exercise of two mile jurisdiction outside its incorporated boundaries, the Hamilton County Commissioners shall appoint two individuals to serve on the Plan Commission pursuant to IC 36-7-4-214(a).
