§ 32.25 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   The Fishers Department of Economic Development, which is controlled by the Fishers Economic Development Commission, was previously created and granted all powers and duties of such Department and Commission as set forth in IC 36-7-12 et seq.
   (B)   The head of the Department shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Commission.
