(A) Pursuant to IC 36-7-14.5-8, the Redevelopment Authority shall be comprised of three members appointed by the Mayor who must be city residents.
(B) Board members serve a three-year term, may be reappointed to subsequent terms and may not receive a salary for their service.
(C) If a vacancy occurs on the Board, the Mayor shall fill the vacancy by appointing a new member for the remainder of the vacated term.
(D) A Board member may be removed for cause by the Mayor.
