§ 32.15 ESTABLISHMENT/MEMBERS.
   (A)   The City Council previously established the Fishers Department of Redevelopment which shall be controlled by a board of five members known as the Fishers Redevelopment Commission.
   (B)   The head of the Department shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Commission.
