(A) The budget for recreational activity, public parks, playgrounds and recreational facilities shall be established pursuant to IC 36-4-7 et seq. and approved as part of the budgeting process by the City Council.
(B) With regard to the operation of any public parks, playgrounds and recreational facilities or programs, the Advisory Park Committee is advisory only to the Mayor and the City Council to the extent desired by the Mayor and the City Council.
(C) Pursuant to IC 36-9-6 et seq. the Public Works and Safety Board is responsible for the maintenance, repair and supervision all city-owned property including property comprising the city's park facilities.
