All land owned in part or in full by the city or a subsidiary is hereby exempt from all developmental standards and/or design standards set out in the city Code of Ordinances (i.e. including but not limited to Chapter 158 Sign Ordinance, Stormwater Management Ordinance, and the Unified Development Ordinance). All other state and federal laws and regulations (i.e. State Building Code) shall remain in full force and affect.
