ORDINANCE NO. 050100
   AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING
   A SUPPLEMENT TO THE TOWN OF FISHERS, INDIANA
   CODE OF ORDINANCES
   WHEREAS, the American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati Ohio, has completed the 1999 supplements to the Town of Fishers, Code of Ordinances. Such supplements include all ordinances of a general nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of this municipality; and
   WHEREAS, said American Legal Publishing Corporation has recommended the revision to or addition of certain sections of the Code of Ordinances based on or referencing sections of the Indiana Code; and
   WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Council to accept these updated sections in accordance with the changes of the law of the State of Indiana;
   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Fishers, Indiana:
   SECTION 1. That the 1999 supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Fishers, Indiana as prepared by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati and as attached hereto, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety.
   SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and upon its adoption in accordance with the law.
   PASSED AND ORDAINED by the Fishers Town Council this 1st day of May, 2000.
