351.19 VIOLATION OF INDIVIDUAL PARKING SPACE; FINES IN ALL UNMETERED SPACES.
(a) No person shall cause or permit any vehicle registered in the name of, or operated by such person or his agent or bailee, to be parked in the same block of any given street overtime, or beyond the period of legal parking time established for any individual parking space or established by posted official sign.
(b) No person shall cause or permit any vehicle registered in the name of, or operated by such person or his agent or bailee, to be parked in the same off-street parking lot overtime, or beyond the period of legal parking time established for any parking lot or established by posted official sign.
(c) If a vehicle is found to be in violation of this section, a notice of violation shall be attached to the vehicle and the fee shall be the sum of five dollars ($5.00).
(d) If a vehicle found in violation of this section remains parked in violation for an additional length of time equal to the original violation, an additional notice shall be attached to the vehicle and the penalty for each additional violation shall be ten dollars ($10.00).
(e) If the owner or operator of a vehicle found to be in violation of this section does not report and make deposit of the fees provided, within 120 hours (5 calendar days), then the penalty for each violation shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00), plus the cost of the ticket.
(f) If a vehicle is found to be in violation of this section as it relates to the provisions regulating parking in handicapped parking areas, pursuant to Section 351.04(e), (f), (g) and (h), a notice of violation shall be attached to the vehicle and the fee shall be the sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
(1) If the owner or operator of a vehicle found to be in violation of this subsection (f) does not report and make deposit of the fees provided, within 120 hours (5 calendar days), then the penalty for each violation shall be three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375.00).
(g) If a vehicle is found to be in violation of this section as it relates to the provisions regulating parking in Section 351.03(n), a notice of violation shall be attached to the vehicle and the fee shall be the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) in the case of no parking and yellow curb parking violations; ten dollars ($10.00) in the case of a fire lane parking violation and ten dollars ($10.00) in the case of parking in excess of maximum time permitted by signage.
(1) If the owner or operator of a vehicle found to be in violation of this subsection (g) does not report and make deposit of the fees provided, within 120 hours (5 calendar days), then the penalty for each violation shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
