351.18 PROHIBITION AGAINST PARKING TANK TRUCKS.
(a) In any residential, business or commercial-zoned district, no person shall stop, park or leave standing any tank vehicle containing LP/propane gas or any other inflammable material except during delivery when attended by a driver or responsible attendant.
(b) Any parked and unattended tank vehicle containing LP/propane gas or any other inflammable material, shall have the control valves and discharge openings completely secured to prevent unauthorized release or discharge of its contents.
(c) Any parked and unattended tank vehicle containing LP/propane gas or any other inflammable material, shall bear the name, address and emergency telephone number of the driver or responsible attendant.

(d) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
